Current Vacancies:

Part-Time Receptionist/Telephonist x3

Support Scale 3, £17,404 – £18,520 pro rata depending on hours
All posts fixed term for one year.

Vacancies are available to work the following hours:
Post 1: £5,800 – £6,172.72 (0.3333 FTE)

12 hours per week, 52 weeks p.a. Ref. NJLSS-001

Post 2: £7,734.33 – £8,230.29 (0.4444 FTE)

16 hours per week, 52 weeks p.a. Ref. NJLSS-002

Post 3: £7,200.03 – £7,661.72 (0.4137 FTE)

17 hours per week, evening and weekends only, 40 weeks p.a. Ref. NJLSS-003

Applicants should be familiar with working independently and effectively on a CISCO phone system and have significant experience on a busy switchboard and reception area, preferably within an educational setting. The post will start at a particularly busy period in the College’s academic year when interviews and enrolments are taking place, and new learners are starting their courses. A qualification in Customer Services is desirable, as is car driving/ownership since there may be occasions when the post-holder would be required to cover reception shifts on an alternative site.
